Dane Forster
Dane is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience spanning project management, construction supervision, and structural framing carpentry. Currently based in Toronto, Dane leads complex projects with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Dane’s roots in construction run deep, beginning on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, where he established himself as a highly skilled structural framing carpenter. Specializing in constructing timber frames, floor systems, and truss structures for residential builds. His ability to interpret detailed architectural plans, and leadership in managing crews set him apart early in his career.
Dane’s career evolved into high-level leadership roles, overseeing the construction of more than 100 residential builds annually. His technical knowledge and practical insights were instrumental in achieving cost-effective, high-quality outcomes on every build. His practical experience has been critical in resolving on-site challenges, fostering supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with construction codes and standards at every stage of a project.
With formal qualifications in Building & Construction and Carpentry, Dane blends hands-on expertise with strategic leadership to drive successful project outcomes. His career reflects a dedication to excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to the construction industry.
